Jack's First Outing!------------------August 7, 2008

We all got to leave the hospital together which was such a sweet and easy thing! (But a crowded thing!) Our first stop was to our hotel to drop off some of our things so we would have more room in the car!! Poor Jess was pretty crowded back there! But she probably didn't even notice anything but Jack!! :)

Our next stop was for FOOD! We didn't know how long we would be at Abrazo, so we decided to take a break and have some lunch at Chipotle! MMMM!

When we got to Abrazo, Jessica proudly showed off her fine baby boy!! All the Abrazo Chicks clammored around to see this model of perfection!! Jessica was beaming from ear to ear as she showed each lady her pride and joy!! We were so tickled that she got to show him off to her sweet and supportive friends! Here is Angela.....She can't believe how much he looks like Jessica!
Jack was the perfect sleeping angel....until he wet his new outfit! (We won't tell Aunt Keri! Jessica was worried she would be disappointed!!) But I told her Keri wouldn't mind a bit...as long as he left the hospital in it...and we got the picture!! :)
This picture was taken as Jonny, Jack, and I sat alone in the waiting room....praying for our precious Jessica as she carried out the hardest decision of her life. We knew it would be an emotional time....but toward the end of her time away from us, we were so thankful to hear laughter, stories, and happiness from the back room! God is so good to us!!

Julie, you are so sweet to take time to share all this. I feel like I am there with you. What an emotional time -- we were all praying for you.

I can't imagine the emotional roller coaster you have all been on these last few days. I feel honored to have been able to "share" this time with you. I thank our Lord that Jessika was able to laugh during this difficult decision she has made. She is an amazing young lady.

Love,
Robbin
