Since we didn't get to celebrate Jonny's birthday with the Smiths on the actual day...and we certainly didn't get to make a cake in Texas, we had a big steak dinner with yummy stuffed potatoes and a Chocolate Black-Out Cake!! MMMMM! 
One of the best chocolate cakes I have ever eaten.......!! This meal was brought to us by Cook's Country--the PBS cooking show I LOVE!!
