We started our summer off with VBS and a girls' beach trip!!!
We also had a baby shower for Caleb!
HUGE cucumbers!!!! Jack was very impressed!! (We obviously had to throw these out!!!)
Jonny worked for Jay at Gibson Paving all summer! So thankful for his work ethic and determination to provide for his family.
My Bible Study girls at Westminster--Debbie Frazier, Anne Walker, Robin Reed, Ann Correll, and Debroah Perry! I didn't realize this would be our last study together! :(

At the end of July, I had my friend, Kathy Cox, take our family pictures down by the Mississippi River in Memphis. It was SO HOT and HUMID!!! But we got some really cute shots!!!
When we got this picture back, we were in complete awe! This was such a rare thing---a full-on smile from Joy!!! Now they are much, much, much more common!!!! So thankful for this heart change!!!!!! :)

We bought a new van--from the Carneys in August!!
We took a birthday trip to Nashville to see the sites (the Dam, the Airport, the Aquarium restaurant) and then on to Chattanooga to stay at the Choo-Choo, eat ice cream at Clumpie's, ride the carousel, and visit the aquarium!! Such a fun, fun trip!!! We ended up in Huntsville visiting Johnna's family!
We even got to meet Baby Caleb!!!
When we came home we had ANOTHER party for our sweet Jack with our Memphis family!!!!
They got a pretty fun present this year too...a teeter-totter that spins!!!! So fun!!!!!
