Two days after we got home, we traveled to Huntsville on our way home for Thanksgiving to meet our newest niece, Amy Kate Davis. This could have have been a very hard visit, since we had not come home with the daughter we thought we were going to get....but God was sweet to our hearts, and we felt nothing but joy. We thought the name was fabulous....(it was actually the name we were hoping to use for our first daughter!)...Amy Kate...for my grandmother, Amy...and for Jonathan's grandmother, Kate. (Of course, this works the same for Johnna and Aaron since they have the same grandmothers! :))

Jack got a wee-bit jealous as Daddy held little Amy Kate... but he allowed it.
Jack loves all these new toys...even if they are girly! (He especially loved the kitchen!)
