hi there, I love the layout. you know me and archeticture. with the
asimilation of stairs, is there going to be a second floor or unfurnished second floor?

Great question!! We will be building a second floor and furnish what we can afford for now. (Probably one room at the most---we are planning right now on there being nothing finished immediately.) Eventually there will be about 1000 extra square feet up there--probably including two bedrooms, a playroom, an office, and a full bath. The current plan has 1600 sq ft on the bottom floor. (Which is PLENTY of space for now....)
Good to hear from you!! I love ya!

It looks OK, I guess. The lines aren't all straight. I guess if you want to go with stairs to the second floor on the inside instead of the outside, fine. I'm just saying you might want to think outside the box every now and then. Plus I'd move the wheel looking thing down to the bottom right, but that's just me :).
