An Evening with Jack----February 2010

How cute is our baby!!?? These were pictures taken in just one evening....You can get a small glimpse into the joy Jack brings to our lives!!

Like father like son! These pictures are specifically for Pat and Nancy who sent Jack this ADORABLE red fleece jacket--so he would match his sweet daddy! Jack thinks he is big stuff when he is dressed like his daddy!! Thanks, Pat and Nancy!!

Yes...we do lots of jumping around our house! It is Jack's favorite thing to do!!

Jack loves wearing Jonny's 3-D glasses from Avatar!

Goodnight, Sweet boy!!

Mini Captain Fantastica Galactica---Feb 2010

On Wednesday nights our church has a SONSHINE program for kids. We have had a character come and visit every week--Someone who can come and help us with our "problems." Although he can never help us, Captain Fantastica Galactica is a HUGE hit with the kiddos and always has a game and a dance that is thoroughly enjoyed by all! On this particular Wednesday, Captain Fantastica (a.k.a. Will Walker) could not make it, so we had to improvise. Jack came in as a shrunken Captain Fantastica Galactica....and the crowd went wild. He was an incredible sport to leave on that costume and run up the aisle to mommy! He doesn't look to sure about it all, but he loved the cape! :)

The Girls Spend the Night----February 15, 2010

Another fun night with Aunt Ju Ju, Uncle Jonny, and Jack! We kept the girls while Keri and Andrew had a fun date night for Valentine's Day. We made our traditional pizzas and cupcakes! Mmmmmm!

So fun!!!

Valentine's Day in Kentucky-----February 2010

Jonathan, Jack and I took a trip to Kentucky so I could work on the yearbook a bit....and to visit family. Jack had a ball with his little cousins! Don't they look cute in their red!? They sure do love their Grandma too!!

Jen's sweet kiddos--John David, Lucy, and Luke!
Here they are playing in Grandma's rocket tent! What a bunch of cuties!

Everyday Fun------January 2010

This picture makes me a little sad. This was the last day Jack wore his little white baby shoes. I find that I don't notice many "lasts." It is easier to notice the firsts....This was also the first day her wore Nike tennis shoes. But remembering the "lasts" are precious moments too!

Jack woke up on this morning to snow all over the ground...AND he got to see it snow!! He really liked that! He kept saying..."Snow! Snow!! Hi, snow!!" It was so sweet!!
Here he is in his favorite little chair watching his favorite little show...Baby Einstein...The FARM!

He is still wearing that hat!!!!
(And his daddy's gloves!)

Who's in that box from Sam's??!
Could it be my little Jackster??!!

Ahhh! Bath time! Jack could stay in the bath for hours! He loves to play with plastic cups...and he begs me to leave the water running at a trickle so he can fill them all up! (He likes FRESH water in his cups! He is not into dipping up the used water!) :)

Jack's first attempt at dressing himself.....or undressing himself. I can't remember! :)

A favorite toy! He sqeals with delight EVERY TIME it starts up! It never fails to delight!
Thank you, God for every-day fun! How I love being home to watch all of this joy!! :)
